Seven-year old, Connor Corum plays the little star of the hit movie, “Heaven Is For Real” which is about Small-town pastor and volunteer firefighter Todd Burpo who is played by Greg Kinnear and his wife, Sonja (Kelly Reilly), struggling to make ends meet during a tough year. After their young son, Colton (Connor Corum), survives surgery, he tells his family he experienced Heaven and shares secrets that only experiencing something like Heaven could tell him. With a huge story and beautiful performance, it’s hard to believe this is Connor’s first movie. He credits the simplicity to his co-star, Greg, laughing while mentioning that he is very funny and made sure they got in a game of catch in-between shoots. Connor wants to continue acting in faith-based films and believes that Jesus is everything to Him. If you haven’t had the chance to see this incredible movie, you are definitely missing out.
Host: How are you feeling tonight?
Conner: Very well.
Host: How is it working with “Heaven is for Real”, I heard it’s your first movie?
Conner: Really well.
Host: How is it like working with Greg?
Conner: He’s very funny.
Host: I heard he’s funny. What kind of jokes does he do on you?
Conner: Well, he didn’t do any funny jokes but he played baseball with me.
Host: He plays baseball? Whoa, did you get better at it?
Conner: Yeah.
Host: Oh wow, that’s awesome what a sweet kid you are. So, do you wanna continue acting?
Conner: Yes, I do.
Host: How old are you?
Conner: Seven.
Host: So, when you first heard about this movie, what did you think about it?
Conner: Well, I thought, maybe we should give this a shot.
Host: Now, how do you know Jesus? Do you know Jesus?
Conner: Yes. I do.
Host: And what does Jesus mean to you?
Conner: Jesus means everything to me.
Host: Aww, that’s so sweet. Thank you so much Conner.
