We return to the lovely Jessica Lucas to get the goods on the upcoming season of Fox’s Gotham with some teases and tidbits about where we should expect to see Tabitha in the mix of all the mayhem in Gotham. It’s quite surprising and refreshing to see Lucas in such a cheery demeanor, which is very much the opposite of her character’s “take no crap from nobody” attitude. Since Wonder Con we have theorized about where the show might be going and now Comic Con has set our minds to rest or put them on over-drive. Lucas dives into how she will handle the shock of Barbra’s being alive as well as Butch’s return but also talks about her relationship with Selina which appears to be heading in a different direction from Barbra’s mentorship.

Even Lucas was shocked at the reveal of having Barbra back in the picture however she seems to be more interested in how she will guide a young Selina towards a future Catwoman. It sounds like Tabitha is ready to make a name for herself as an individual, seeing as how she has always been at the side of another antagonist, I too would like to see her on a throne of her own. With, as Lucas puts it, “a lot of girl power” to come in this season fans are still biting their nails to find out how the relationship between Tabitha and Butch will be now that he has made the transition to Solomon Grundy. While we count the days to the season 4 premiere Lucas leaves us by saying how Lee Thompkin’s is going to be heading in a completely new direction and that in Gotham things could change at any moment.
