One of those treasures is the famous, Ghost Rider, the longest, tallest, and fastest wooden roller coaster on the West Coast. For three minutes, you’ll be holding your breath as you fly in the sky, taking in the sight of the entire park, including the Sol Spin. It’s the newest edition to Knotts Berry and already a hit success. It sends each brave soul on an exhilarating adventure over six stories high – rotating on extending spinning arms and smiles in multiple directions.
Now, you would rather stay on the ground, especially if you’re with children – then the Wheeler Dealer Bumper Cars are for you! This family and friends attraction is a classic and won’t disappoint you. You can swerve, whip, crash and of course, bump into each other until for as long as you wish. Another ride that’s sure to feed the inner kid in everyone, is the age-old classic attraction rests 85-foot high and takes you down until you land with water splashing the entire family.
At Knotts Berry, you can’t talk about the fun adventure without mentioning the food! Besides the typical carnival style cuisine, including everything from hot dogs and snow-cones, there are some binge-worthy foods that you should definitely consider trying. One of them is Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner. Not only does it come with handmade biscuits and three pieces of mouth-watering chicken, but the fixins’ are endless – including their timeless boysenberry pie. If you’re looking for something less filling, I would suggest the Chicken and Steak Tortas, located at Pancho’s Tacos. This Mexican-style food soothes the soul of anyone looking for a break from the rides at Knotts and they’re not super expensive either.
