Fox | The Exorcist

A panel of actors and executive producers from Fox’s Exorcist sit down to answer some of our most devilishly burning questions. The first thing the executive producers talked about was how the second season is going to start slow, but they are trying to avoid the multiple detours the story took during the first season. They like going slow so audiences can learn to care about the family story before everything goes to hell. Speaking of hell, there will definitely be spinning heads and vomit this season, as with the original Exorcist movies. However, they are also hoping to draw on other horror institutions and create their own characters and story lines without constantly referring back to the source material. The only thing they can assure us won’t happen this season is profanity and butts – thank the network for that. Both actors and crew alike laud the production’s focus on diversity in front of and behind the camera which has continued even though the production moved locations between seasons one and two. This move will also affect the characters’ surroundings. Nature will play a huge role in season two, and audiences will get to watch how it changes and responds to the events of the show. Fans of Stranger Things, It, and horror should check out Exorcist!

Screening of the Season Two Premiere Episode, “Janus,” followed by a panel discussion with cast members and executive producers. Guest Includes: John Cho, Alfonso Herrera, Brianna Hildebrand, Jeremy Slater (Creator/Executive Producers) and Sean Crouch (Executive Producer/Show Runner).
